Copyright & DMCA
Effective: September 3, 2026
Fantasia respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how copyright owners may report allegedly infringing material associated with the Fantasia service and how affected users may respond.
1. Submit a Copyright Notice
Send a written notice to our copyright contact at support@fantasiaai.app. To help us act on the request, include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if one notice covers multiple works, a representative list.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as a public URL, generation identifier, project identifier, or other precise description.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may ask for clarification if a notice is incomplete. On receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and promptly notify the affected user.
2. Submit a Counter-Notice
If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, email a written counter-notice to support@fantasiaai.app. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
We will send a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. Subject to applicable law, we will restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding the counter-notice unless we first receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
3. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Fantasia may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We may also limit access or take other reasonable action where infringement is apparent or legally established.
4. Important Notes
Copyright notices and counter-notices are legal communications. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may result in liability. You may wish to consult an attorney before submitting one. For non-copyright concerns—including privacy, impersonation, safety, or general support—please use our Support page.
